Terms of use

These terms are between you and Class Act Gaming, LLC ("we", "us") and cover your use of the Marquee Rewards app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them.

1. Who can use it

You must be 21 or older, and allowed by the laws where you are to visit the venues and play their machines. One account per person.

2. What the app does

Marquee Rewards is a companion and loyalty app for venues using the Marquee platform. It identifies you at a machine, shows your play, and holds your rewards. You can't place bets or pay money in through the app. All play happens on machines at the venue, under that venue's rules and the gaming rules that apply to it. Where those rules and the app differ, the venue's records and rules decide.

3. Wallet, credit and rewards

• Balances are shown as the venue's system records them. Tokens, points and comps have no cash value unless the venue says otherwise.
• Credit marked "play credit" or "play-only" is for playing and can't be cashed out.
• Cash-outs, vouchers and gift cards follow the venue's rules and limits. A request the venue's system refuses or returns is credited back to you as shown in the app.
• Gift cards are issued by third parties, and their own terms apply once issued.
• Skill games and free spins are part of the machine's play. Their results are decided as shown in the app and recorded by the venue's system.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

5. Fair use

Don't misuse the app or the machines: no tampering, automation, reverse engineering, sharing or selling accounts, or anything unlawful. We or the venue may suspend an account that breaks these terms or gaming rules, and may hold balances while we look into it.

6. Responsible play

Play for fun, and only with money you can afford to lose. If you want a break or to exclude yourself, ask the venue. For help, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.

7. Changes and availability

We may change the app or these terms. We'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if a change is significant. The app may sometimes be unavailable. A machine's own meters and the venue's records are the record of play.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (the app is free). Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
