How do I start playing?

Sign in, open the Play tab, and hold the top of your phone against the tag on the machine. Your session starts and the Play screen follows the machine.

Which machines are free?

On the Play tab, tap "See the machines here". The app works out which venue you're in on your phone (your location never leaves it) and lists its machines, which are free, and what's on each.

How do I cash out?

During a session, tap Cash out on the Play screen. When the app says it's ready, press CASH OUT on the machine.

What's "play credit"?

Credit for playing that can't be cashed out at the machine, such as a skill game won back onto the machine or a voucher you used. The Play screen shows it under "Play-only".

What's my Cash-out balance?

Money cashed out to your wallet. In the Wallet tab you can put part of it back on the machine you're playing, or turn it into a gift card.

My session ended. What happened to my credit?

A session ends when you finish it, or after a few minutes without play (the app warns you for the last minute). Anything left on the machine stays with the machine.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that notifications are on for Marquee Rewards in your phone's Settings.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account, or see Delete your account.
